Arrival in Gloucester
While getting oriented on his new situation, Hunter runs into Eda. It seems he's been here before, but doesn't remember it. They get caught up on what's happening here and back home. Raine is also here.Hunter lives in an ADI apartment. Peter Parker is his roommate.

Hunter is not aligned to any Entities, but Flapjack is! Despite Hunter's protests, Flap sets out to scare some people so he can store up a bit of magic. Unfortuntely, cardinals are not scary.Cortana and Cornelius Hickey remember Past-Hunter. Cortana discourages feeding the Entities, Hickey does not. Peter and Hunter talk magic and science. Flapjack endears himself to Leo because Leo thinks he's cool.

A trick mirror sends Hunter into a spiral, but Raine is there to help him.Hunter builds a toy robot, but it won't stop clicking. Cortana tells him it's distressed, but there is no way to really help it. Hunter decides to take it home and watch over it.
Winter saves him from uncontrollable dancing.
Eda gets a vision of the future from the Visionary and reacts badly. Unsure of his place in this new dynamic, Hunter feels useless and upset.
